Our beautiful clubhouse main room is available for private event rentals! Are you looking to plan your family reunion, birthday party, special celebration, or even a wedding? The Aspen Grove RV Park team is here to help! Clubhouse booking rates include a 4 hour rental, supplemental hours may be available for an additional fee per hour, depending on availability. The option of Aspen Grove RV Park providing and setting up banquet tables and chairs for your gathering is available, for a nominal fee.

Section 1 of our clubhouse main room rental includes full access to the kitchen facility for your use.


Section 2

Section 2 of our clubhouse main room rental includes the main room area, without the kitchen facility.


Section 3

$100.00

Section 3 of our clubhouse main room rental includes the middle main room area, where we close of the partition, and without the kitchen facility.


Section 4

$300

Section 4 of our clubhouse main room rental includes section 1, as well as our outdoor covered area attached to our clubhouse. Section 4 must be rented in order to utilize the outdoor area.

Clubhouse rental security deposit

$500.00

Security deposit is for damages, cleaning, and incidentals, additional hours over the allotted 4 hours, and any changes in rental section selection, and must be paid by a valid debit or credit card.

Deposit will be refunded if there are no issues upon post-rental walk through. 

Deposit is due in full 7 days prior to your rental date, for both holiday and non-holiday rentals.

If a cancellation is needed to be made within the cancellation window of, 14 days for non-holidays, or 45 days for holidays, the clubhouse rental security deposit will be released and refunded back to the original card used at the time we receive written notice of your cancellation. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change.

Cancellation notices must be provided to Aspen Grove RV Park in writing, by the original renter, to be considered a proper cancellation. This written cancellation may be accepted via email or in-person, and will be provided to you by Aspen Grove RV Park.

*Non-holiday facility rentals - A full 14-day notice of cancellation is required to be eligible for a refund of your rental payment. Cancellations made within

14-days of your rental date will forfeit your rental payment in full.*

*Holiday facility rentals - A full 45-day notice of cancellation is required to be eligible for a refund of your rental payment. Cancellations made within 45 days of your rental date will forfeit your rental payment in full.*

Is it necessary to schedule a tour to see the facility?

To ensure that our facility is the right fit for your needs, we would like for you to visit us first for a one-on-one tour of our sections available. Please call our hospitality team to schedule a tour.

How many people can we invite?

Our clubhouse main room is more apt for intimate events, with a maximum of 50 guests.

Is there a kitchen?

Aspen Grove RV Park’s clubhouse does have a full kitchen available for use, with the proper rental selected.

What is included in my rental?

  • Event space, for up to 50 guests

  • 4-hour rental of the main room section dependent on your rental needs from 9 am – 9:45 pm ( Please note that the hours assigned to your event include all set-up and all clean-up, including the set-up and clean-up of any vendors and/or other subcontractors that you may utilize)

  • Surround sound system

  • TV

  • Heat and air conditioning

  • Restroom, handicap accessible

How may I secure my rental date?

The first step is to call our hospitality specialists to schedule a tour of our rental facility. Once we decide that our facility fits your needs, we require the rental payment in full to secure your event date, as well as a signed rental agreement, and we will lock in your event rental in our reservation system. Security deposits are due no later than 7 days prior to your event rental date.

What if I need to cancel?

Please see our cancellation policy above to answer any questions about what to do in need of a cancellation.

Once I pay my rental fee, when is the security deposit due?

The $500 security deposit is due no less than 7 days prior to your event rental date.

What can I do if the weather is bad on the day of my event?

We understand that sometimes mother nature takes hold of the outcome of our plans, luckily our main room is indoors, and would not be effected by inclement weather. If the event day arrives and you have booked Section 4 to include the outdoor area, we can accommodate as best as we can, but do not offer refunds or adjustments due to conditions out of our control.

Can I use my own decor & caterer? 

Absolutely!  in fact, we do not provide these additional services, at this time.

Are we able to lock all of the doors to the building during our event?

Due to safety regulations, doors may not be locked at any time in case of an emergency. RV guests’ of Aspen Grove RV Park still have access to the bathrooms and laundry within the building through the North entrance. You may close the sliding barn doors for privacy during your event.

Can I serve alcohol?

In order to sell alcohol on our premises for your event, you must acquire a “Temporary Beer Permit” with local consent from the Utah DABS. This permit is $100 and can be submitted at abs@utah.gov website under “Licenses and permits” a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date. You are responsible for the conduct of your event guests, and public intoxication is not permitted at any time.

We might be tired at the end of our event, what if we don’t feel like cleaning?

In order to ensure that you receive your security deposit back in full, we ask that you leave the clubhouse as you arrived. We provide cleaning supplies for you, and if you are unable to complete the cleaning post-event, the deposit will be forfeited.
