Extended Stay RV Park in Tremonton, Utah

Yes — we offer dedicated monthly RV sites for guests planning longer stays in Tremonton and the surrounding Northern Utah area. Availability can vary depending on the season, so we recommend reaching out early to check openings.

Rigs must be in excellent shape, and well maintained, to uphold the aesthetics of our park. Clear photos of all 4 sides of the exterior of the RV must be submitted for approval, regardless of the RV age.

Payments are promptly auto-processed on the 1st of each month to the guests card on file. Payments are subject to a late fee of $75 for each day the guests account is delinquent. If payments are unable to be processed by the 5th of the month, the guests stay will be terminated. A 3% service fee is applied to transactions

A security deposit of $350.00 on a valid card in guests’ name is taken once we receive a background check back for all applicable guests. The security deposit is non-refundable if the stay is cancelled prior to arrival.

If you terminate your stay prior to 6 months and do not provide a 30-day notice of departure, the $350.00 security deposit will be forfeited.

$350 security is deemed refundable, minus the final meter read and any outstanding balance, if a 6 month stay is met and Aspen Grove RV Park receives a written 30-day notice of departure. You will receive the remaining balance of your deposit as long as there are no damages or repairs needed and all personal belongings have been removed upon departure.

All guests staying in the RV that are 18 and older are required to complete a background check prior to arrival. The background check is $44.44 and will be sent once clear exterior photos of all four sides of the RV are approved.

You may stay as long as you would like at Aspen Grove RV Park with no site change requirements. Due to the nature and process of our extended long term stay, we do require a minimum 6 month stay. The extended long term sites are still considered a month-to-month basis and may be terminated at any time by the guest or Aspen Grove RV park.

Monthly sites include full hookups (power, water, and sewer), trash service, mailbox access and on-site facilities. Sites are spacious and designed to provide a comfortable long-term setup.

Our sewage system and water connection is a little farther back from our long term site pads, so please make sure to have extra sewage and water hose for proper connection. (Estimated 50')

We allow a maximum of 5 guests per RV in our extended stay sites.

Yes — Aspen Grove is pet-friendly. We welcome well-behaved pets and offer amenities that make longer stays comfortable for both guests and their animals. Pets must be leashed and attended to, and cleaned up after, at all times. Pet pens of any kind may not be set up at the site.

Our RV park facilities are available for our monthly guests, however, visitors of monthly guests are not permitted to use facilities and must check in at front office. They may purchase a daily pass at the front office if they would like to use our facilities.

Monthly guests visitors must vacate the premises by 10pm. If a visitor will be staying for a prolonged period of time, they must submit a background check prior to their arrival.
